Base pay range: $15.50/hr - $15.50/hr

Responsibilities

• Bring administrative skills and a welcoming personality to the nursing center. As a receptionist, you are the first point of contact for patients/residents, families, candidates, and clients, directly affecting the center’s reputation.
• Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously and redirect them appropriately.
• Warmly welcome, greet and direct patients, visitors, and guests.
• Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail.
• Maintain current lists of patients/residents by name/room number and employees by name/phone extension.
• Order supplies and perform other clerical duties as assigned.
• This is a part-time position requiring daytime and weekend availability with two options discussed upon hire.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to ensure safety and well-being of patients and visitors and respond to their medical and physical needs.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Must be proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
