Responsibilities
- Greets all visitors entering the community, answers questions, ensures visitors sign guest sheets, and directs calls to residents and staff.
- Sorts, delivers, and collects incoming/outgoing community and resident mail; may perform basic office/clerical tasks and maintain visitor logs.
- Responds to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.

Base pay will be determined by experience and skills. Role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the 401(k) program.
