Position Overview

We are seeking a warm, organized, and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our front desk team. As the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will embody the values that set PrimePet Rehab apart: a deep love of animals, genuine empathy for clients, and a desire to contribute to a positive, no-drama workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and manage appointment scheduling with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with medical and legal standards.
• Facilitate smooth communication between clients, therapists, and veterinary professionals.
• Assist with billing, payments, and insurance processing as needed.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Support the broader team in upholding The Coerenza Approach and fostering a collaborative, drama-free environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated love for animals and commitment to their well-being.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of empathy and patience.
• Prior experience in a veterinary or medical office setting strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with office software (Windows) and scheduling systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Team-oriented mindset and a positive, proactive attitude.
