Responsibilities
  • Serve as the face and voice of the facility - Greet all visitors and callers with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
  • Answer and direct phone calls - Manage a multi-line phone system, route calls accurately, and relay messages promptly.
  • Monitor visitor access - Ensure proper sign-in procedures and follow established safety and security protocols.
  • Provide administrative support - Assist with scheduling, document handling, and other general front desk tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Ensure the front desk reflects the high standards of our community.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of receptionist experience in a medical, senior care, or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; bilingual a plus.
  • Well-organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Must maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA compliance at all times.
