What you'll do in this role:

• Provide excellent customer service when greeting guests and answering calls
• Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, copying, and message taking
• Handle information responsibly while adhering to HIPAA guidelines
• Collaborate with the Business Development and Intake departments during patient assessment and admission processes

Qualifications:

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education and relevant work experience
• Valid Driver’s License preferred
• Previous clerical and customer service experience preferred
