Job Title: Medical Receptionist (Orthopaedic Office)
Location: Edison, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

As our new Medical Receptionist, you’ll be the first face our patients see and the first voice they hear, ensuring they have a positive, seamless experience from the moment they walk in.

Key Responsibilities:

Create Lasting Impressions: Greet patients with a warm, welcoming attitude to set the tone for their visit.

Manage Appointments Efficiently: Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments, answer multi-line phone calls, and handle patient inquiries promptly.

Handle Insurance & Paperwork: Verify insurance details, process necessary forms, and ensure all patient documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Maintain a Smooth Office Flow: Keep the front desk and waiting area organized, clean, and inviting for both patients and staff.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year working in a medical office, preferably in orthopaedics or a related field.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact confidently with patients, doctors, and team members.

Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for accuracy while handling multiple tasks in a busy office environment.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and office software.

Bilingual: Must be fluent in Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse patient base.
