Responsibilities
- Greet and check in and out patients with professionalism and care.
- Answer phones efficiently and provide accurate information.
- Schedule appointments to maintain an organized calendar.
- Verify patient insurance information to ensure smooth billing processes.
- Strong customer service skills to provide an excellent patient experience.
- Proficiency in front desk operations and administrative support.
- Experience in insurance verification and appointment scheduling.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a medical office is needed.
This position is based in busy optometrist offices. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:45am to 4:30pm. Candidates must be open to working at all three locations, which include Guilford and two additional site
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
