CHI St. Alexius is looking for a Full Time Receptionist to join the team!

Clinic Receptionist - Be the Welcoming Face of Our Clinic!

Are you organized, friendly, and great with people? Join our team as a Clinic Receptionist and be the first point of contact for our patients, setting the tone for their visit!

You'll Manage a Variety Of Essential Duties

• Warmly greeting and registering patients
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments efficiently
• Handling patient information, insurance, and payments
• Providing administrative support

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer service, clerical, or business-related experience
