Douglassville Veterinary Hospital has an opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team!

Location: 105 Griffith Dr., Douglassville, PA 19518

Shift Details: Part-time (under 30 hours/week)

Pay Range: $15.00 - $20.00/hour (based on experience)

Job Summary: The Receptionist is the first and last contact clients have with the hospital. Must have excellent client service, communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to handle payments and stressful situations. Supports veterinarians, technicians, assistants, groomers, and kennel staff in daily care.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients and pets with a positive attitude
• Answering phones professionally and routing calls
• Scheduling appointments and surgeries
• Documenting client conversations
• Processing payments and explaining invoices
• Verifying client information and updating records
• Filling prescriptions and advising clients on products
