Responsibility
Individual contributor- does not have management or lead responsibilities
Purpose
Provide excellent, professional level customer service at the Welcome Desk of the Life Revitalization Center and over the phone.
Essential Functions
- Daily Calendar Review to prepare for visitors.
- Greeting and assist with individuals needs. Welcome, direct and serve visitors
- Answers and handles all incoming calls via the phone system
- Act as a liaison for guest, visitors and staff to the building.
- Attend guests in Spero
- Welcome and print new ID cards for guests as needed.
- Redirect guests to RFL advocates in café space
- Assist in checking volunteers into Cervis software
- Performs admin help as requested
- Staff eNewsletters etc.
- Organize and prioritize tasks
- Essential Functions may be revised upon management discretion
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent certification required.
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience working in a non-profit environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Self-motivated with a Christ- centered, positive and professional approach to management
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and excellent time management skills
- Superior communication skills (written and oral) to communicate directly with donors and external/internal stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality of detailed work while meeting deadlines
- Ability to solve problems with minimal direction by selecting and applying commonly used procedures, precedents, and rules.
- Ability to prioritize work and the flexibility to change directions as the job dictates
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, MS Office and MS Outlook

Sedentary work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
