Mountain Animal Hospital Center and Mobile Veterinarian, located in Eagle, CO, has been serving the community for 28 years. Our full-service animal hospital and mobile unit provide on-call emergency care and preventative veterinary care for small and large animals, equipped with state-of-the-art technology including digital radiography, orthopedic and cancer surgeries, complex wound care, and intensive care hospitalization.

As a Receptionist, You Will:

• Receive and place calls to schedule appointments.
• Prioritize multiple tasks calmly and organized.
• Maintain proper documentation of client and pet records.
• Assist clients with instructions, information, invoices, dispense prescriptions, and schedule future visits.
• Use hospital computer systems to document records and communicate.
• Manage financial transactions accurately, following cash handling procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional communication.
• Educate clients on pet health, preventative care, and hospital services.
• Maintain a positive attitude and show empathy and compassion.
• Utilize standard office equipment and have knowledge of veterinary terminology.
• Work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred.
• Work independently and accept guidance on tasks.
• Possess organizational skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Communicate effectively and manage stressful situations.
