Vet Stop Animal Hospital is a full-service, two-doctor veterinary practice offering comprehensive veterinary care, boarding, daycare, and grooming services. We pride ourselves on client education, practicing high-quality medicine, and always advocating for what’s in the best interest of both the client and patient.

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is passionate about animals and people. The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, a bubbly, positive attitude, and a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced and compassionate environment.

Responsibilities Include

• Welcoming clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Checking in and discharging patients
• Accurate invoicing and payment processing
• Answering multi-line phones and scheduling appointments
• Maintaining patient records and updating charts
• Assisting with prescription pickups and retail purchases
• Promoting and selling food, supplements, and grooming items
• Keeping the lobby and front desk area clean and organized
• Managing incoming/outgoing mail and emails
• Working collaboratively with the entire hospital team
  
  

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service experience (veterinary field preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with computer-based systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, team-oriented, and proactive attitude
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods
