Description of the role:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Showroom Receptionist to join our team at Dan Cummins Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Paris. As the first point of contact for our dealership, the Showroom Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers entering the showroom
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
• Keep the reception area tidy and presentable
• Organize and restock customer lounge
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks
• Deal scanning retention

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of automotive industry is a plus
• Lift 20lbs
