• Serve as the guardian of our paperwork, proactively preparing, creating, and handling patient documents
• Expertly guide new patients through the intake process, collecting health information and ensuring a seamless experience
• Act as a liaison between patients and staff, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance via phone and in person
• Collaborate closely with our team to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional service delivery

• Monday- 12:00 PM-8:00 PM
• Tuesday- 6:30 AM-2:30 PM
• Wednesday- 12:00 PM-8:00 PM
• Thursday- 6:30 AM-2:30 PM
