Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Veterinary Receptionist, located in Travelers Rest, SC. The Veterinary Receptionist will be responsible for daily tasks such as managing appointment scheduling, providing client education, maintaining phone etiquette, and ensuring effective communication with clients and staff. The role requires handling administrative duties and creating a welcoming environment for all visitors.

A typical schedule will consist of 4 days per week (7:30 am - 6 pm) with a rotational Saturday (7:30 am -12 pm).

Software We are using Ezyvet, so any background knowledge of that system would be a plus.

Base pay range: $13.00/hr - $15.00/hr

Qualifications

• Skills in Appointment Scheduling and Client Education
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication
• Animal Care knowledge
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for veterinary care and providing excellent customer service
• Previous experience in a veterinary or medical office is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Veterinary software is EzyVet, previous experience will take precedence
