**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in need, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those recovering from illness or surgery. The ideal candidate must possess a warm heart, patience, and a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.- Assist with mobility and transferring clients safely to and from beds, chairs, and wheelchairs.- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, following any dietary restrictions or preferences.- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing living spaces.- Engage clients in social and recreational activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.- Monitor and document any changes in clients' physical or emotional conditions and report to the supervising nurse or family members.- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive care experience.- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to confidentiality and sanitation protocols.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare or related field is a plus.- Previous experience in caregiving, nursing, or a similar role preferred.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with individuals in various life situations.- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations as required.- Background check clearance is mandatory.

- Active Drivers License, and personal vehicle
