Job Duties:

• Ensure personal care (hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, meal prep, grooming, etc.) is complete and reflects each client's plan of care and personal preferences.
• Light housekeeping as needed (i.e. dusting, laundry, dishes)
• Remind clients to take the correct dose at the correct time as prescribed. We do not administer medication.
• Allow clients to help with and direct their care as much as possible to increase independence.
• Accompany clients to appointments and social outings as needed.

Requirements:

• Be physically capable of assisting clients with mobility issues, transportation and ambulation.
• Current Tuberculosis (PPD) Test
• 2-Step Skin Injection/Chest X-ray/Quantiferon Blood Work

Compensation: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
