Responsibilities
•Provide attentive and compassionate patient care, ensuring the comfort and safety of clients.
•Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and meal preparation.
•Implement care plans tailored to individual client's needs.
•Support clients with mobility and transfers.
•Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being to enhance their quality of life
•Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety protocols.
•Document care provided and any relevant observations accurately

Experience
•Previous experience in home community care, long-term care, or memory care is preferred, but not necessary.
