Our family is in need of a reliable, part-time care giver for an elderly woman with dementia, in pet-friendly (cats and dogs) private home in Lone Oak, Texas.
The candidate will need to provide respite care for primary caregiver, as well as companionship for kind German woman transplanted from Taos, New Mexico with her family. She has a sweet tooth, and she tells interesting stories. She will tell you about her six kids at the drop of a hat.
Her needs include aid in bathing, meal prep, supervision, companionship, and light housekeeping, including doing laundry and changing sheets.
Candidate should have reliable transportation in order to provide continuity for client.
Days and times are approximately 15-20 hours per week Mon, Wed, Thurs and alternate Saturdays from 2pm to 7pm. Hours can be flexible.
