Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caregiver located in Central DuPage County, IL (Wheaton, CarolStream, West Chicago, Glen Ellyn, Schaumburg and Bartlett). The Caregiver will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene. Responsibilities also include meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and providing companionship. The Caregiver will monitor clients' health and report any changes to the appropriate personnel to ensure the highest quality of care.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Ability to perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide companionship
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Basic knowledge of medication reminders and monitoring health changes
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
• Previous experience as a caregiver or in a healthcare setting is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
