We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver with strong experience in behavior management to support individuals with unique care needs. Location: Berkeley, CA

Pay: $17.50 - 19.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:30 am to 3:00pm

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver with strong experience in behavior management to support individuals with unique care needs. The ideal candidate will be patient, proactive, and confident in handling challenging behaviors while maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.

• Provide daily personal care and support


• Implement and follow behavior management strategies


• Monitor and document behavior and progress


• Collaborate with family and other care professionals


• Foster a positive, structured environment

• At least one (1) year experience working as a caregiver or in-home aide, preferably with adults with developmental disabilities


• High level of accountability and dependability


• Must be able to provide hands-on care and support including bathing, dressing, changing depends, assist with medication, etc


• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs


• Must have a valid California Driver License


• Must have access to reliable vehicle


• Must be able to pass DOJ fingerprinting/criminal background check


• Must be able to obtain CPR/First Aid certification


• Must be able to obtain TB test result


• Must have valid auto insurance with $100,000-$300,000 bodily injury liability insurance

Full-Time (30+ hours per week)

Benefits Eligible are worth up to $12,000 that includes Medical, 3 Dental Plans, VSP, Costco Card, Employer Matching 401k, Employee Assistance Program, Paid Time Off and more.

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Weekend position. Shifts start on Fridays at 10 pm and end on Mondays at 9 am. - The individual served has a dog. Preferably experienced in advanced caregiving techniques.
