Join our team as a Caregiver (also known as a Home Health Aide or Personal Care Assistant) and make a meaningful impact by helping clients in the comfort of their homes. Depending on the client, you may provide companionship, light housekeeping, personal care, meal prep, errands, or simply bring joy to their day.

Pay: $17 - $19 / hour
*Pay based on experienceWeekends Not Required! *We offer both Part-Time and Full-Time positions. Benefits available with Full-Time roles!Shifts Available:
  • Must be available to start at 8:00am
  • Shifts typically run until 5:00pm or 8:00pm
  • Weekend availability required
  • Both Full-Time and Part-Time positions available

Overnight Options:
8pm - 8am

Are you ready to put your heart and hands to work by providing everyday services that help clients remain happy and healthy in their own home or preferred care environment? Apply today for the Caregiver position in Gurnee, IL!Responsibilities
  • Provide client with hygiene care as directed including, but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, feeding, linen changes and light housekeeping
  • Prepare and administer meals according to clients diet
  • Take and record vital signs, as well as height and weight, if necessary
  • Assist client in active and passive range of motion defined by the plan of care, document observed changes and report any changes to the Director of Nursing
  • Assist client in walking and transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities and shopping
  • Develop and promote a safe environment for quality client care through adherence to established policies, procedures and standards
  • Ensure clients rights are adhered to
Required Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience as a caregiver (we will train you!)
  • Attend New Hire Training
  • Reliable Transportation (personal vehicle)
  • Auto Insurance
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Smart phone
  • Must pass a Drug test
