Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff
• Assist with personal care
• Companionship
• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
• Preferred - Experienced in Dementia Care

Required: 

• Valid Texas Driver's License 
• Reliable Transportation (own vehicle)
• Must be 18 and older 
• Authorized to work in the US
• Willing to drive up to 20 miles
