Compassionate Care Starts Here

Cranberry Park of Clio is seeking dedicated Caregivers to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Under the guidance and supervision of the Wellness Director (RN or LPN), you will provide essential hands-on care based on each resident’s individualized care plan and needs. This is a deeply rewarding role that calls for compassion, patience, and a heartfelt commitment to supporting the elderly with dignity and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to resident call lights and requests for assistance
• Support residents with daily living activities including grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care
• Assist with mobility, range-of-motion exercises, repositioning, and transfers between bed, wheelchair, and activity areas
• Serve meals and assist residents with feeding, as needed
• Accurately record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration) and monitor food/fluid intake and output, as directed
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and promote a positive, respectful environment
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the care team and wellness goals
  
  

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for working with seniors and providing compassionate, hands-on care
• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented with a respectful and caring demeanor
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Ability to pass a physical exam, background check (fingerprinting), and drug screen
• Reliable transportation to and from the facility
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right person!
