Employees are eligible to enroll in an employer-sponsored retirement plan after 6 months of service (at age 21 or older). Paid time off (up to 75 hours per year based on tenure) and paid holidays (see holiday schedule) are available for employees who work at least 30 hours/week and have at least 1 year of service.

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care
• Provide occasional house cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation assistance
• Transport clients to appointments and errands

Caregiver Qualifications

• Pass a criminal background check
• High school diploma or G.E.D
• Reliable transportation
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated, and well-organized
• Two references (one professional, one personal)
