About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Manager, Loyalty Marketing to lead our clients efforts in driving customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is passionate about optimizing the customer journey through loyalty and subscription-based marketing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Execution: Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that enhance customer retention and reduce churn.
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Leverage insights across the full customer lifecycle to improve engagement and loyalty.
  • Channel Management: Own and optimize campaigns across email, SMS, rewards, and subscription platforms.
  • Campaign Execution: Step in to run email and SMS campaigns when needed, ensuring flawless delivery and performance.
  • Team Leadership

Required Experience

  • Subscription & Recurring Revenue Models: Deep understanding of recurring customer engagement beyond traditional retail.
  • Direct-to-Consumer (DTC): Proven experience in DTC environments.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to inform strategy and optimize channel performance
  • Creative Sensibility: Bonus if you have an eye for creative and can contribute to campaign aesthetics and messaging.
