Position Summary:

The Marketing Manager, Americas, plays a pivotal role in supporting downstream marketing execution and field marketing strategy to drive awareness and adoption of INSIGHTEC’s focused ultrasound technology. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Americas, this individual will be a key partner in campaign execution, patient and provider engagement initiatives, and operational support across the region.

The ideal candidate is a creative yet structured marketing professional with a strong grasp of healthcare marketing, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes through innovation. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact while learning from and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.

What you will be doing:

Marketing Execution & Campaign Management

  • Support the development and execution of regional marketing campaigns that align with global strategies and business goals.
  • Develop patient- and provider-facing collateral, digital assets, and content for educational initiatives and lead generation.
  • Assist in managing marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and creative development processes.

Brand & Messaging Consistency

  • Ensure consistent messaging across all materials and touchpoints by adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Gather insights from the field to help inform content development and messaging strategy.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to adapt and localize assets for the Americas market.

Operations & Metrics Tracking

  • Track campaign performance metrics and marketing KPIs; contribute to regular reporting for internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and marketing operations optimization.
  • Support CRM and marketing automation efforts to enhance lead tracking and follow-up.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with sales, clinical, medical affairs, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment of messaging and initiatives.
  • Assist with sales enablement tools and support field education and training efforts.
  • Partner with key opinion leaders and hospital administrators to execute marketing strategies at the local level.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare or medical device sales and marketing, preferably in a field-based or regional marketing role.
  • Proven experience developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing events, and producing marketing content.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other marketing CRM platforms preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically as needed.
  • Organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and with field teams to drive alignment and execution
  • Passionate about improving patient experiences and healthcare outcomes
