Marketing Manager – Empowering Futures Through Strategic Marketing

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can bring energy, creativity, and strategy to the table, leading campaigns, managing vendors, and turning big ideas into measurable results that grow our reach and impact.

The Role

The Marketing Manager will be a key contributor to our marketing strategy from vision to execution, driving campaigns that amplify the ELG story and connect with our ideal clients. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in both the big-picture strategy and the day-to-day hustle - one moment you’re mapping a multi-channel campaign, the next you’re digging into performance data or managing a vendor relationship. This role is based at our Spokane, WA office.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and lead marketing campaigns that align with ELG’s business goals and client care initiatives.
• Multi-Channel Marketing: Manage content and engagement across web, social media, email, paid ads, events, and other channels.
• Content Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create written content (articles, guides, etc,.), videos, and other marketing assets.
• Brand Storytelling: Bring the ELG voice to life through compelling narratives, visuals, and client-centered messaging.
• Vendor & Technology Management: Oversee and coordinate third-party marketing partners, technology, agencies, and freelancers to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance; use insights to optimize future efforts.
• Social Media: Build and execute a social strategy that fosters engagement and builds trust.
• Content Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create articles, videos, guides, and other marketing assets.

What You Bring

• 4+ years experience in marketing
• 2+ years in campaign management, and execution (preferably in professional services or related fields).
• Proficient in analyzing marketing metrics, capturing ROI, and translating data into action.
• Techy savvy with a background in optimizing marketing tech to support business growth goals.
• Strong storytelling skills with a knack for making complex ideas relatable.
• Comfortable working across multiple marketing channels.
• Skilled at managing vendors, projects, and deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with social media management tools and email marketing platforms.
• A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach, you love to roll up your sleeves.

Compensation and Benefits

• This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Spokane, WA office (Monday–Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm).
• The annual salary for this role is $65,000-$80,000/year, depending on experience.
• Employees can enroll in the firm’s health insurance, dental insurance, and Simple IRA Retirement Account with a 3% employer match.
• Employees also receive two weeks annual vacation, Washington paid sick and safety leave, plus enjoy 10 paid holidays per year.
