We’re seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness and foster customer loyalty for our client in the wireless and cell phone industry. In this role, you will serve as the face of the brand, working within the community to promote free lifeline devices and cell phone services as part of a government-funded program. You’ll take the initiative from inception to completion, creating meaningful connections along the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent our client within the local community, enhancing brand image while promoting free wireless services to eligible individuals receiving benefits from the state of California or federal programs.
  • Qualify potential customers through their California benefits, helping them save on monthly expenses.
  • Follow up on leads provided by our client to efficiently meet needs within your designated territory.
  • Engage with community members to explain product offerings, answer questions, and cultivate brand loyalty.
  • Participate in community events, networking opportunities, and outreach activities to boost brand visibility and awareness.
  • Build lasting relationships by offering personalized service and support to community members.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve customer acquisition and retention goals.
  • Utilize Salesforce for lead generation and tracking to enhance outreach efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect easily with diverse audiences.
  • A passion for engaging with the local community and a commitment to making a positive impact.
  • Experience in community outreach, retail, or customer service is a plus.
  • A solution-oriented mindset, with patience and understanding for those who may not be technologically savvy.
  • Enthusiasm for the wireless and cell phone industry, along with a willingness to learn about new products and services.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
