About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in the FinTech industry. In this pivotal role, you will design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.

You will analyze market trends, define target audiences, and launch innovative campaigns that position our solutions effectively. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels while maximizing the efficiency of our marketing budget.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative edge and strong analytical skills to optimize performance and deliver measurable ROI.

The ideal candidate has a proven background in financial services, FinTech or technology marketing; thrives in fast-paced environments; is a hands-on people manager; and is passionate about staying ahead of industry trends.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and product positioning.
  • Lead Design and SEM teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Manage social media, content marketing, and digital advertising efforts.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data and market insights.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Design teams for cohesive execution.
  • Conduct market research and build detailed customer personas.
  • Develop marketing collateral (datasheets, case studies, whitepapers).
  • Create sales enablement materials (presentations, training resources).


What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years in marketing leadership roles, including 3+ years in product marketing.
  • Proven experience scaling digital products and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and self-disciplined.
  • Fluent in English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus).
  • Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours.


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with Go HighLevel software.
  • Expertise in social media and digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Microsoft 365.
