Summary Of Responsibilities

The possible candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet our focused company objectives. The Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing, advertising, and promotional staff and activities for the department to help assist sales with communications through digital channels such as social media, SEO, website content creation and literature to effectively represent and build the company’s brand.

  • Management Activities
  • Outline workflow process to increase the efficiency of the Marketing group.
  • Develop the annual marketing plan in concert with our content planning calendar.
  • Develop and manage content calendars in support of email campaign strategies.
  • Create and manage the annual marketing budget defined.
  • Support in market research studies in line with our sales strategy.
  • Manages all of our trade show activity for each calendar year.
  • Manages our marketing content for the Marketing Department.
  • Manages our outside vendors in support of all of our digital marketing initiatives.
  • Manages and takes responsibility on our customer satisfaction survey channel.
  • Creates metrics in line with our key performance indicators
  • Facilitate weekly meetings to strategize new initiatives for execution.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for two distinct product lines, tailored to each target market and aligned with overall business goals.
  • Own and optimize digital marketing channels, including:
  • SEO: Develop and execute organic search strategies to increase visibility and rankings across key technical terms and product categories.
  • Google Ads: Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing) with a focus on maximizing ROI and lead quality.
  • Analytics: Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Coordinate content creation for websites, landing pages, blogs, case studies, and technical white papers to support both SEO and lead nurturing.
  • Maintain and enhance website performance, working with internal or external developers to ensure usability, speed, and technical SEO compliance.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to translate complex technical features into compelling value propositions and marketing assets.
  • Manage trade shows, industry events, webinars, and email campaigns as part of an integrated marketing plan.
  • Monitor and evaluate market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to continuously refine marketing tactics.
  • Assists with the development, writing, and communication of Marketing Strategy.
  • Actively participates in the maintenance and regularly updates of content and layout of the company website.
  • Develops opportunities to add additional value to other department initiatives including:
  • Digital Marketing
  • Tradeshow Development
  • Direct Marketing
  • Design Graphics
  • Effectively collaborate with sales teams and engineering to outline and document innovations and new developments.

    Required Skills

    • Proficient business writing and oral communications skills
    • Strong design, layout, and marketing media abilities.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects, tasks and activities for timely completion.
    • Advanced user level proficiency of Microsoft Outlook, Office, Adobe products, WordPress and Social networks, SEO, Google Analytics, Sales Force, and more

    Education And Work Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism or related field
    • 5+ years of B2B sales/marketing management experience, preferably with industrial products.
    • Experience in capital equipment and manufacturing industries, highly desirable
    • MBA or advanced degree in Sales or Marketing is a plus

    Technology And Equipment

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites software in a windows operating system. They must be familiar with a Customer Relationship Management software program and have familiarity with Multi-Channel Marketing software and Content Management Software.

    • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical literature, and legal documents.
    • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
    • Has the ability to effectively present information to management.
    • Ability to read and interpret business related documents.
    • Ability to speak, write and communicate in English.

    Has the ability to work with fundamental basic mathematical concepts.

    Reasoning Ability

    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
