Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing programs and plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention in partnership with LSP Marketing Leadership and local agency partners for performance and media buys
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape; use insights to guide marketing initiatives
  • Own boots-on-the-ground initiatives such as canvassing, event marketing, and local community relations
  • Partner with performance agencies to create campaigns across digital, social, email, content, and traditional advertising channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, product development) to align marketing with business goals and drive promotions
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, track metrics, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, vendors, and media outlets
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and marketing best practices; implement innovative approaches to stay ahead of the competition
  • Participate in LSP Regional Marketing meetings and share best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in home services or at an agency
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms
  • Experience managing and optimizing PPC campaigns, SEO, social media advertising, and email marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of trends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, project management)
