Your Role
The Marketing Manager for CFT oversees the formulation and implementation of cross-functional marketing strategies to achieve CFT’s goals, in partnership with the extended MarCom team, foundation teams, vendors, and nonprofit organizations. This position specifically oversees the development and execution of all community giving campaigns on NorthTexasGivingDay.org.
In addition, this role supports NTGD nonprofit participants, positioning them for fundraising success on NorthTexasGivingDay.org year-round.
Responsibilities include:
- Marketing Strategy: Define and optimize cross-channel marketing strategies, design and deliver communications across digital media, direct mail, email, and SMS, and collaborate with teams to support communication journeys.
- Nonprofit Communications and Capacity Building: Lead CRM strategy for NTGD nonprofits, oversee nonprofit communications, trainings, and resources, and manage customer service strategies.
- Integrated Marketing Execution: Lead execution of CRM strategies, oversee website content strategy, coordinate content calendars, and manage relationships with technical partners and campaign teams.
- Experience you bring: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, 5+ years of marketing experience, leadership skills, excellent communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of community foundations or nonprofits.
