Position Summary

The Marketing Manager will direct marketing objectives, strategies, programs and policies for all products and services. This is a salaried position with a Monday through Friday work schedule.

Responsibilities

• New Product Commercialization – Manage Stage Gate new product introduction process from concept to commercialization and change process for existing products.
• Website Management – Regularly add new product content, new pages, and new functionality to the website and keep the overall look and feel fresh and interesting.
• Brand Management – Ensure the Corporate Brand elements, such as logo, colors, and value proposition, are used properly across all collateral and refreshed as needed.
• Lead Management – Work with the Sales Team to generate, qualify, manage leads in CRM system.
• Tradeshow Management – Identify potential shows to attend and coordinate the details of exhibiting at these shows.
• Content Creation – Work with outside creative partners to produce videos, voice tracks, and photography in support of the website and marketing campaigns.
• Creative Design – Work with outside creative partners to produce advertisements, design concepts, and artwork in support of the website and marketing campaigns.
• Market Research – Create, implement, and identify market research studies to provide insight and informed decision-making in designated areas.
• Internal Communications and Public Relations – Prepare communications designed for use both within and outside the company.
• Social Media Strategy – Create and post content about the company, culture, and products on a scheduled basis to social media sites such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
