Marketing Manager

Location: San Diego, CA

Reports To: Chief Strategy Officer

Role Overview

Cadre AI is seeking a highly driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across multiple channels, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence that drives qualified leads and supports revenue growth. This hybrid role blends content creation, digital campaign execution, project management, and thought leadership support.

You will work directly with the executive team, client-facing strategists, and cross-functional partners to tell Cadre AI’s story, elevate our brand across platforms, manage multi-channel campaigns, and maintain a high-impact marketing rhythm.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Marketing & Thought Leadership
  • Plan, create, and manage content across multiple formats: blogs, landing pages, SEO/evergreen pages, case studies, and client/prospect round-ups.
  • Ghostwrite for executive team members to support thought leadership initiatives.
  • Produce webinars (in partnership with technology partners and co-marketing efforts).
  • Manage end-to-end video production, including filming, editing, and deployment.
  • Oversee content repurposing for maximum reach and engagement.
Social Media Management
  • Own strategy and execution for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant channels for both Cadre AI and our AI Community
  • Support select team member profiles with content creation and posting cadence.
  • Engage strategically with clients, prospects, and industry partners to expand reach.
Email Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Lead HubSpot newsletter strategy, including content planning, segmentation, and performance optimization.
  • Create lead magnets (eBooks, playbooks, templates) to grow newsletter subscribers and generate inbound leads.
  • Develop and optimize conversion funnels across website, social, and email touchpoints.
Website Management
  • Project manage all website initiatives, coordinating with development agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update landing pages, industry solutions pages, case studies, and lead forms
  • Oversee SEO optimization for ongoing content.
Sales & Marketing Assets
  • Build, maintain, and improve key sales collateral, such as AI Capabilities Decks, Product/Service Decks, Industry Playbooks, etc
  • Enhance aesthetics, graphics, and messaging for all core decks and training libraries.
Event Marketing & Coordination
  • Plan and promote community and partnership events, including 2 monthly “Lunch & Learn” or AI Webinars.
  • Coordinate scheduling, topics, creative assets, promotion, and basic PR outreach.
Reporting & Optimization
  • Track and analyze KPIs for social, email, lead generation, and event performance.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports on campaign effectiveness, engagement trends, and funnel data.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine marketing strategy based on insights.
Skills & Experience

Required:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, or lead generation.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across social, email, and web.
  • Strong project management skills, able to prioritize and adapt quickly.
  • Exceptional writing skills for a professional, executive-level audience.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Figma, ClickUp, or Webflow.
  • Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar.

Preferred:

  • Background in producing video content and managing webinars.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and website content strategy.
  • Design skills for creating visually compelling marketing assets.
