About Us:

We’re a fast-growing company with around 50 employees and 5 locations, looking to bring our marketing efforts in-house for the first time. Up until now, we've outsourced marketing- but with rapid growth, an evolving brand, and a need for hands-on strategy and execution, we’re ready to build something internal, impactful, and dynamic.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who thrives in a builder’s role-someone who can create and lead while rolling up their sleeves. You’ll help shape how our brand is seen across the web, on social, and beyond.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and execute all in-house marketing strategies, campaigns, and content
• Manage and update the company website, ensuring SEO best practices
• Oversee and grow our social media presence (organic and paid)
• Analyze and report on Google Analytics, social insights, and campaign performance
• Collaborate with leadership and sales teams on lead generation and brand messaging
• Manage relationships with vendors or agencies when needed
• Represent the company at occasional offsite events or industry conferences

What We're Looking For:

• 3–5+ years of marketing experience (agency or in-house)
• Strong background in digital marketing, social media, and content creation
• Experience with Google Analytics, social media platforms, and CMS tools (WordPress or similar)
• Strategic thinker who’s also hands-on with execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and comfortable working independently
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events, content shoots, or brand development
