Job Title:Marketing Manager
Location: Stamford, CT

Overview
The Manager, is part of the team responsible for pricing, packaging, promotion, and offer strategies for Residential products (Internet, Video, Voice). In this role, you will:
  • Conduct marketplace analysis and recommend strategic initiatives
  • Document business rules for offers, pricing, rewards and packaging
  • Monitor performance and perform analytics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to assess performance and identify opportunities that support business goals
The ideal candidate brings experience in Marketing, Product, Finance, or another analytical discipline.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to assess market performance and opportunities across services and segments; develop and implement recommendations to meet business objectives
  • Maintain relationships with Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis teams to stay informed of industry trends in pricing and packaging
  • Adhere to the existing offer‑approval documentation process and define business rules for offers, pricing, rewards, and packaging
  • Manage and audit distribution lists and SharePoint site access to ensure compliance
  • Maintain the monthly Pricing and Packaging deck, covering all retail and promotional pricing, offers, and associated business rules
  • Collaborate with Marketing Analytics to measure the effectiveness of pricing and promotions; communicate findings and recommendations to leadership
  • Coordinate with Business Intelligence and Marketing Science teams to ensure accurate design and tracking of offer reporting
  • Work with Marketing Enablement and Billing & Design teams to guarantee that all approved business rules are correctly implemented
  • Support initiatives aimed at simplifying and enhancing the customer experience
  • Prepare ad‑hoc reports and information requests for business unit leaders
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Skills & Abilities
  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension)
  • Strong analytical and interpretive skills; ability to integrate information from multiple sources
  • Experience writing data queries using various tools for in-depth analyses
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
  • Advanced proficiency with PC software, especially Excel (complex formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)

Education & Experience
  • Education: BS/BA in Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in Marketing

Preferred Qualifications
  • Telecommunications industry or related experience, particularly in offer/rewards management or business operations
  • Familiarity with marketing research and data analysis methodologies
  • Hands‑on experience with data analytics, reporting, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools
  • At least 2+ years of management or leadership experience
