Marketing Manager Role
Vivacity Tech is looking for a Marketing Manager who will strategize, plan, coordinate, execute, monitor, and measure the company’s marketing and communications efforts under the direction of the Vice President of Marketing with a focus on brand communication and advertising initiatives, trade shows, lead gen campaigns, and other initiatives. They will manage sub-departments within the Marketing team, which will include: marketing content and communications (digital, social, email, print) that delivers a clear brand message, brand design and style guides, communication channels, public relations, promotional events, and outreach campaigns.
This position is in Greenville, SC. You must be located in the Greenville, SC area. This position is NOT remote.

While no day will be completely the same, you will execute daily responsibilities in these various functions:
- Collaborate, implement, and launch brand guidelines extension.
- Manage Marketing and Design projects, working closely with other departments and external resources to complete tasks within the given timeline including contractors, interns, agencies, any other parties assigned.
- Develops and implements trade show strategies and designs.
- Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities for trade shows.
- Oversee the functionality and coordination of the Marketing department’s activities.
- Support Sales and Marketing executives in organizing various projects.
- Conduct market research and employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.).
- Support sales and marketing analytics dashboard development and observations of campaign performance and return on marketing investments.
- Maintain and update impeccable records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns.
- Compose, post, and review all online content on the company website and social media accounts; monitor and maintain the company’s social media and online presence.
- Analyze and report email and social media metrics and take corrective action as needed.
- Write and edit marketing literature such as brochures, press releases, blog posts, flyers, etc., to augment Vivacity’s presence in the market.
- Coordinate and execute email campaigns, meet deadlines, follow timelines, and ensure uniformity of content/messaging.
- Develop creative messaging strategies to advertise the company\'s vision and products on social media platforms, websites, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop and deliver marketing and sales training materials, ensuring all content is current and best represents the company brand and voice.
- Present unique ideas for the company newsletter and other email blasts to be sent to subscribers to keep our valued customers engaged and attract new ones; coordinate the publication of Vivacity’s quarterly e-newsletter and other email blasts as needed, maintaining compliance with all anti-spam laws;
- Coordinate with team members to gather images, logos, stats, and content to use in various creative projects.
- Collect and compile customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by the company’s leadership team.
- Collaborate, develop, evaluate, and coordinate promotional activities at trade shows.
- Manage all Swag and direct mail efforts.
- Help with the planning and execution of team meetings, events, large projects; delegate tasks to team members as needed to ensure projects are managed effectively and completed on time.
- Support and manage the Trade Show team in regards to planning, logistics, process development and evaluation of trade shows.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Proven hands-on experience with content management platforms (e.g., WordPress, Hootsuite).
- Demonstrated experience in social media marketing strategies and execution.
