Overtime is seeking a Marketing Manager to support its Marketing & Sales Strategy efforts. The ideal candidate is a strategic and creative thinker who can craft compelling stories through RFP submissions and presentations, manage pre-sale projects efficiently, and deliver measurable results. They should understand client challenges, develop narratives that resonate, and highlight Overtime’s creative potential, audience appeal, and value.

What you’ll do:

  1. Develop integrated marketing opportunities proactively and reactively.
  2. Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and actionable next steps.
  3. Create clear, engaging deliverables for brand/agency partners, including RFP responses, presentations, and research summaries.
  4. Build strong internal relationships across teams such as sales, planning, design, and events.
  5. Partner with the sales team to drive brand awareness and execute integrated sales and marketing programs.
  6. Represent Overtime as a thought leader, crafting stories around data, insights, brand integrations, and the Gen Z/Millennial audience.

Who you are:

  1. BA/BS or equivalent degree.
  2. 4+ years in a related publisher/media sales marketing role or agency experience.
  3. Proven ability to produce compelling RFP responses and presentations.
  4. Creative, strategic, and solution-oriented mindset.
  5. Self-starter with a strong work ethic, thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  6. Deep passion for Overtime and its mission.
  7. Team-oriented, viewing personal success as linked to team success.

Overtime offers a salary range of $85,000-$95,000, dependent on experience, along with benefits and stock options.
