GRIT STATEMENT
At T2EARTH, we are building a company for people who thrive in high-growth, early-stage environments — people who work with urgency, think creatively under pressure, and stay focused when others get distracted. This role is for a driven, resilient, results-focused professional who can own the strategy, do the work, and elevate the brand while working directly with the CEO.
If you are energized by building something from the ground up and have the track record to prove it, this could be the career-defining move you’ve been waiting for. A deep command of digital marketing — from SEO fundamentals to multi-channel content strategy and analytics — is essential. You will be expected to harness the power of digital channels to generate measurable visibility, demand, and authority in our category.
Role Purpose
T2EARTH, an early-stage, sustainability-focused building materials innovator, is seeking a digitally fluent Manager of Marketing, PR, and Communications to drive brand visibility, market positioning, and strategic communications. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is central to building and executing an integrated, digitally optimized marketing and public relations strategy that fuels awareness, drives qualified demand, and strengthens our position as a market leader in sustainable, fire-retardant wood products.
This is a high-impact opportunity to lead marketing in a rapidly scaling organization where your work directly influences industry perception, investor interest, and customer acquisition. We are looking for a marketing leader with the creativity of a storyteller, the precision of a strategist, the discipline of an SEO-minded content architect, and the drive of an entrepreneur.

- Oversee all online and offline marketing initiatives including SEO-driven content, paid campaigns, website optimization, social media, trade shows, and events.

- Build strong relationships with trade media, industry analysts, and key influencers.
- Craft and distribute press releases, thought leadership pieces, and case studies that elevate T2EARTH’s profile.
- Communications Leadership
- Oversee internal and external communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.

- Work with Product Development to communicate innovation and differentiation to the market.
- Collaborate with HR to support recruitment marketing for top-tier talent acquisition.
