Your Role
We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to oversee our marketing efforts in the Americas region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately contribute to the company's revenue growth in the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth in the Americas region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, Global Marketing and Service to create and execute effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, email, social media, advertising, events, etc.).
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the Americas region, and use insights to adjust marketing strategies and tactics.
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, leads, conversions, etc.) to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners, media outlets, and influencers to increase brand exposure and credibility.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and use insights to continually improve marketing strategies and tactics.
- Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes using HubSpot infrastructure.
- Assist in marketing event planning activities.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- 3+ years experience with expert level and hands-on experience using HubSpot marketing and CMS hubs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to improve marketing strategies and tactics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Data-driven and research-oriented.
- Efficient organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office products, persuasive PowerPoint presentation skills including the ability to explain technical and business topics to a wide variety of audience.
- Customer Experience Grounding: Ability to design customer-centric experiences throughout customer decision journey.
- Market Orientation: Ability to deeply understand market trends, partner ecosystems, and competitive strategies.
- Business Acumen: Comfortable with business strategy, go to market strategy, tracking key performance indicators, understanding fundamental financial metrics.
- Technical Skills: Ability to go deep on technology trends and road maps in Marketing processes and tools.
- Communications: Ability to communicate with a diverse audience (especially in B2B set up) in an accessible and persuasive manner. Ability to influence change throughout the organization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Enabler: Innovation oriented. Comfortable with test-and-learn culture. Flexibility and open to disruptive concepts.
