Role Description: The Product Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products, enhance customer engagement, and drive revenue. This mid-level role requires 3-5 years of experience, preferably in B2B SaaS. You will work closely with product, sales, customer success teams, and external partners to ensure strategic alignment and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launches: Plan and execute product launches, including strategy, messaging, channels, and measurement, collaborating with product, sales, and CS teams.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling content (whitepapers, newsletters, blogs, case studies, videos) tailored for various audiences to increase awareness.
- Partner Enablement: Support partners with tools, training, and resources to promote and sell products effectively. Develop enablement programs to expand market reach.
- Marketing Communications: Create and implement integrated marketing plans, managing messaging and campaigns across email, social media, webinars, and events.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct industry research to stay ahead of trends and use insights to refine positioning and messaging.
- Performance Tracking: Use KPIs to measure and optimize marketing initiatives, reporting results to leadership.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product management, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Knowledge or interest in the service industry.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution.
- Strong writing skills with examples of content created.
- Experience developing partner co-marketing tactics and enablement resources.
- Understanding of campaign, channel, content, and communications strategies.
- Data analysis skills to track and optimize KPIs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, modern marketing tools, and AI trends.
- Effective collaboration in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
