Marketing Manager – Print & Traditional Marketing
Salary Range: $70,000–$80,000 | On-Site

Lingo Staffing is looking for a creative and driven Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our traditional marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll take ownership of all print and offline marketing efforts — from flyers and posters to product packaging, tradeshow collateral, and branded kiosks. What You’ll Do
Lead & Collaborate
  • Manage and mentor a talented team of marketing professionals.
  • Oversee project timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
  • Organize team meetings to brainstorm fresh ideas, align strategies, and address challenges.
  • Partner cross-functionally with on-site and remote colleagues to deliver integrated, organization-wide marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with vendors and production partners to deliver high-quality print collateral on time and on budget.
Shape Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with company goals.
  • Drive lead generation and customer retention strategies across traditional channels.
  • Create and manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Monitor ongoing campaigns and make adjustments to maximize performance.
Champion the Brand
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand image across all traditional marketing channels.
  • Oversee the development and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Review and refine promotional materials, keeping content fresh, relevant, and on-brand.
Measure & Optimize
  • Track campaign performance and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Present clear insights and actionable recommendations to leadership.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing management or ownership role, with a strong grasp of traditional marketing channels.
  • Proven ability to manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to see the “big picture” and delegate effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining brand consistency.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of delivering high-quality marketing content.
  • Preferred: Experience in CPG marketing, B2B, or B2C environments.
