The Role

We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to own Boostly’s demand generation efforts, running multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline growth and brand awareness with restaurant operators.

Success in this role means generating measurable revenue impact, building repeatable playbooks, and scaling marketing programs that directly fuel sales.

What You'll Do:
  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (paid, email, SEO, content, events) that generate measurable pipeline.

  • Build and manage a content engine (blogs, case studies, email nurtures, video) designed for lead conversion.

  • Own reporting on CAC, MQLs, SQLs, and campaign ROI — ensuring marketing efforts directly tie to revenue.

  • Partner with Sales leadership to align on ICP targeting, messaging, and funnel optimization.

  • Test new demand gen channels and technologies (including AI) to keep Boostly ahead of the curve.

What We're Looking ForMust-Haves:
  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience with ownership of campaigns and budgets.

  • Proven ability to generate measurable results (pipeline, revenue, not just engagement).

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM (HubSpot or similar), and analytics tools.

  • Strong writing and content skills plus ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry.

  • Background in SaaS or B2B marketing.

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or other AI platforms, as well as platforms related to content creation.
