Job Description
We’re seeking a Marketing Manager who thrives in a startup environment — someone who can lead, manage, and delegate projects while also stepping in as a hands-on producer. This is a B2C marketing role that will support creation of promotions and sales (i.e. Black Friday) and expectation is that candidates will have familiarity with this aspect of marketing. You’ll be responsible for ensuring campaigns run smoothly from strategy to execution while building processes and structures that scale as we grow.
This role is especially critical because Knew Health runs frequent direct-to-consumer promotions, and we need someone with proven D2C experience who knows how to plan, launch, and measure campaigns that drive growth. You’ll work closely with leadership to coordinate multi-channel promotions, optimize our marketing technology stack, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on brand.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Promotions Management: Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns, especially D2C promotions, ensuring assets, timelines, and deliverables align with priorities.
Project Leadership: Plan monthly initiatives, delegate tasks, and keep projects on track while maintaining visibility across the team.
Hands-On Production: Roll up your sleeves to build, QA, and launch campaigns — from promo codes and emails to campaign reporting.
Operational Strategy & Process Design: Build and refine workflows that improve marketing efficiency, scalability, and cross-channel alignment.
Systems & Tools Management: Oversee and optimize the marketing tech stack — including CRM, ESP, analytics platforms, and integrations.
Analytics & Reporting: Define KPIs, build dashboards, and deliver insights that inform leadership and measure campaign impact.
Email Marketing: Oversee scheduling, coordination, and implementation of email campaigns for both Members and marketing efforts.
Collaboration & Vendor Oversight: Partner with leadership and external vendors/consultants to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly.
Brand Consistency: Review copy, creative, and campaign assets to ensure alignment with brand standards.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or marketing management — ideally in a direct-to-consumer (D2C) environment with frequent promotions.
Proven ability to both lead teams/projects and execute campaigns directly.
Strong experience with marketing technology platforms (CRM, ESP, analytics, integrations). ActiveCampaign familiarity is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills with a track record of building dashboards and reporting insights.
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives cross-functionally.
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.
Healthcare or medical cost sharing experience is a plus.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and currently reside in the U.S.
