What we are looking for:

We are searching for a senior-level Partnership Marketing Manager to join our dynamic, cross-functional team. Together, we are building cutting-edge software that leverages the power of AI to empower filmmakers, studios, and creative technology partners. We are looking for a highly strategic marketer who thrives on building and executing partnership marketing strategies that elevate our brand, expand our reach, and create measurable value for both Flawless and our collaborators. You will own how we show up with partners around the world, from co-branded campaigns and content to major industry event activations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the global partnership marketing strategy, aligning initiatives with Flawless brand, revenue, and market expansion goals.
  • Lead co-marketing campaigns with partners across post-production, VFX houses, corporate business partners, and major studios. Own creative development, messaging, distribution, and delivery.
  • Track execution across all deliverables, ensuring timelines, budgets, and partner expectations are consistently met.
  • Produce co-branded content such as case studies, product showcases, and thought leadership assets.
  • Oversee Flawless presence in partner-led and co-hosted events, panels, and activations, ensuring brand consistency and maximum visibility.
  • Collaborate with Business Development to identify new partnership opportunities and design marketing activations that drive adoption.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance, delivering clear ROI analysis, partner feedback, and actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive partner activation calendar that coordinates launches, events, and content drops across all partner categories.
You should apply if:
  • You have 5-7 years of experience in partnership marketing, integrated marketing, or brand marketing.
  • You have a track record of delivering campaigns with measurable results across multiple channels.
  • You are skilled at managing relationships with post-production vendors, VFX companies, studios, and corporate business partners.
  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills.
  • You are comfortable tracking execution and reporting campaign results, not just leading strategy.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can move seamlessly between planning and execution.
  • You have experience in entertainment, creative technology, or post-production (preferred but not required).

Interview Process:

At Flawless, our team and interview process want to help you show your best self. We'll dive into past projects and simulate working together.

Our interview process is four interview rounds with some casual Zoom (or in-person) coffee in between to get to know each other:

- Hiring Manager Interview: 45 minute Zoom. This will be an interview focused on evaluating your background in greater detail, specifically your experience as a leader, dealing with ambiguity, and managing projects, deadlines and revenue growth.

- Team Interview: 45-60 minutes Zoom Interview where you will meet one of your potential future team members evaluating your experience with different types of partnerships and experience managing partnership lifecycles.

- Final Interview: This will be an onsite interview consisting of two session. One with your hiring manager digging specifically into how you work. Another with our Chief of staff, discussing current Partnerships we have as well as how they might be operationalised.

Your Recruiter and Hiring Manager will be your main point of contact and help prepare you for interviews. You'll meet 4-5 people from across the business. (We make sure that you have time in each interview to ask them questions). If we don't give an offer, we'll provide feedback!
