What You'll Do
Multi-Channel Growth & Optimization
- Lead acquisition strategy across paid search, organic and paid social, retargeting, and experimentation with new channels.
- Set and consistently exceed ambitious targets for CPL, MQL, ROAS, and SQL conversion rates, making real-time adjustments based on data.
- Manage budgets with precision, allocating resources to maximize pipeline impact while minimizing waste.
- Design and execute structured A/B and multivariate tests to unlock scalable growth opportunities.
- Drive pipeline & revenue through data-driven acquisition
- Continuously analyze the funnel from first touch to closed-won, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for acceleration.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and product marketing to produce high-converting campaigns that speak to enterprise and SMB buyers.
- Maintain and evolve marketing operations infrastructure in HubSpot-including UTMs, segmentation, lifecycle stages, and lead scoring-to ensure accurate attribution.
- Build remarketing programs tailored to specific buyer stages, industries, and account lists.
- Provide proactive reporting to marketing and sales leadership, translating performance data into business decisions.
- Surface insights that influence messaging, positioning, and channel mix at the company level.
- Develop automated dashboards and analysis for real-time visibility into acquisition performance across all channels.
- 5+ years leading B2B demand generation or growth marketing with proven success in enterprise or high-value SMB markets.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics, budget pacing, and full-funnel optimization.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and HubSpot for campaign execution and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and a passion for uncovering what truly drives performance.
