We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and collaborative Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of omnichannel marketing, how marketing strategy can further business objectives, and cross-functional execution. You will drive end-to-end campaign development to elevate brand presence, deepen customer engagement, and support key business objectives. Can you rally an organization behind a new purpose and way of working? Can you earn trust through a mix of command & collaboration? - 360 Omni Channel Campaign Management: Lead cross-functional teams (business units, marketing channels, creative, product, website/app, and more) in the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, crafting a data- and insights-driven approach integrated across all relevant channels. You will need to possess a mix of command & influence to ensure all marketing activities are aligned with the strategic plan.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with key business stakeholders to translate their business strategies into marketing strategies & plans. Showcase an ability to partner on shared objectives while upholding brand and marketing expertise to build functional credibility.
- Ownership & leadership: We are evolving the role of marketing in the organization from simply crafting a plan to owning a voice in the organization of defining what type of work will fuel growth. You will need a strategic mindset to influence what type of work marketing should support.
- Process-oriented: we continue to refine our ways of working, and we someone who can build and socialize processes that lead to better efficiency
- Creative development: Conduct competitive and design research to define value prop to brief in Creative & agency teams and develop creative campaign strategy. Be adept in research methodologies to validate video, design, or copy approach. Stand behind brand guidelines and marketing expertise to provide strategic rationale for an approach.
- Brand Stewardship: Support agency & Content teams to ensure creative and on-brand excellence, timely delivery, and budget efficiency (as relevant). Be willing to adopt AI and innovative tools to generate content.
- Performance Analysis: Partner with analytics and insights teams to define KPIs that tie to key business goals, track performance, and optimize campaigns for impact and ROI. Take an active role in defining that plan.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and new marketing technologies to inform strategy.
- People Leadership: Develop and guide a team of marketing managers.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; MBA preferred
- 10 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably with at least 5 years in marketing strategy or integrated campaign management within a large matrixed organization or within retail. Familiarity in working with food or grocery is a plus.
- Proven success leading cross-channel marketing programs with measurable outcomes
- Strong project management skills with an ability to juggle priorities and influence cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Positive, problem solver unfazed by uncertainty and ambiguity and can navigate a complex organization while building marketing expertise.
