Our client, a leading B2B SaaS platform, is looking to hire a driven and results-oriented Field Marketing Manager to join their growing team. In this essential role, you will lead a variety of field-focused marketing campaigns, ranging from executive events to interactive webinars, ensuring that each initiative drives measurable results. You will work closely with the sales team, sales development, and the global marketing division to build brand awareness, nurture leads, and accelerate sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a diverse range of field and industry events to support demand generation and meet sales objectives.
  • Manage the event calendar, including both in-person and virtual events, as well as regional field activities.
  • Take charge of all event logistics, including theme creation, vendor coordination, fulfillment, inventory management, and staffing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, BDRs, Customer Success, Product, etc.) to drive impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Assess and oversee third-party event sponsorships and vendor partnerships, ensuring alignment with target audiences and ROI.
  • Monitor budgets and create comprehensive reports to track the effectiveness and ROI of marketing initiatives.
  • Communicate event outcomes, address challenges, and gather feedback from regional stakeholders.
  • Travel occasionally (up to 15%) to ensure seamless execution of events and deliver exceptional participant experiences.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in marketing platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Virtual Event Software.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage diverse audiences.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end event logistics, from conceptualizing themes to staffing events.
  • Knowledge of demand generation tactics and ABM strategies.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the creativity to solve challenges and the determination to drive initiatives to completion.
  • Base salary $85,000 plus a performance bonus
