Growth Marketing Manager - Remote | Full-Time
We Are Seeking a Strategic, Data-driven Marketer To Lead Digital Growth Initiatives And Elevate BIOLYTE’s Online Presence Across ECommerce Platforms And Performance Marketing Channels. This Person’s Primary Responsibilities Are As Follows:
- Lead strategy and execution of all digital marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and brand visibility.
- Own performance marketing metrics and use data to drive revenue growth across all digital touchpoints.
- Develop and execute retention and lifecycle marketing programs to increase customer loyalty and repeat purchase rates.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution of all digital marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and brand visibility
- Partner with the Director of Marketing to develop advanced digital strategies that enhance user experience and improve conversion rates
- Oversee and optimize all digital channels, including drinkBIOLYTE.com, Amazon, Instacart, and retail media platforms
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Own performance marketing metrics and use data to drive revenue growth across all digital touchpoints
- Manage and optimize budgets for key metrics like CAC, ROAS, AOV, and LTV
- Provide strategic guidance on conversion rate optimization (CRO), site merchandising, and personalization tactics
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities that support growth goals
- Develop and execute retention and lifecycle marketing programs to increase customer loyalty and repeat purchase rates
- Build and manage campaigns across email, SMS, and loyalty programs using tools like Klaviyo and Shopify
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce assets and offers that drive retention and engagement
- Stay current on industry trends to continuously evolve and enhance lifecycle marketing strategies

- 3+ years of experience in growth, performance, or acquisition marketing
- CPG/beverage experience a plus
- Hands-on experience with paid social, paid search, email, and affiliate marketing
- Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Supplier Central, Instacart Ads, etc.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
